I just moved from DE and this was my first car appointment for my Mercedes. When I got to the lot and saw only BMW and VW, I got really nervous. However, the service was excellent--Lincoln took me back and forth to my office, and they did a few extra things that they didn't charge for. As a single female, it is always a scary proposition to bring a car to a garage. I'll definitely consider them my "southern shop"!!
