Overall pleasant experience. It was very busy when I went, and staff arranged my drop off to and pick up from the shopping center nearby so I wouldn't have to wait in the office. The work appears to have been done well. My only real issue was that someone took it upon him/herself to change my dashboard displays- including my clock (which contributed to my being late for work the next day). And it's not a place for people with dander allergies- several free-roaming dogs. Again, overall positive experience.
