It was a Saturday about a month ago when I visited this shop for the first time. I can honestly say I received outstanding service from Juan and the rest of the staff. They worked hard to achieve the right balance of customer satisfaction, employee dedication, and price. Their mechanic was pretty thorough and straightforward. I went in for a lack of power and the issue was handled to my complete satisfaction. I easily recommend them.

They recently serviced my daughter’s car. I called without an appointment, and they told me to bring it on over on a busy Friday. Everything was thoroughly explained, and prices were reasonable. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when the work was done. I’d return there, and recommend to others.

The manager and servicemen were very polite, friendly, and professional. As a first time customer, I was treated very well. I look forward to being treated the same on my next visit.

I liked the attention to detail and their troubleshooting expertise to get to the "root-cause" of my car's difficulties. The facility was clean and neat and the staff was courteous and respective. Now if we could get them to move about 40 miles north, we'd have the perfect situation! (tongue in cheek comment from Boca)

Problem was found quickly. That was fixed that day along with another issue. They were up front with everything. I hope not to have any more issues but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to do business with GCD again.
