Dave noticed the transmission on his Audi was hesitating then banging hard as it shifted gears. The shifting problem seemed worse in the mornings, when the engine was cold. When his transmission warmed up, the Audi vehicle shifted smoother. So he took his Audi to the dealer and was given an estimate to replace the entire transmission.
